PEACE Isla Mujeres is a nonprofit organization created to improve the community of Isla Mujeres through
- educational opportunities
- youth development
- environmental responsibility
- animal care and protection
- economic empowerment
We are a group of locals and foreigners alike who care deeply for Isla Mujeres and for our children, neighbors, animals and the environment. We began informally and in a very short amount of time have become a functioning Community Foundation.
We work in collaboration with many on the island and help to strengthen the nonprofit/charitable sector in Isla Mujeres.
