Cocina Isleña – Second Edition is complete and available for purchase.  This fantastic BILINGUAL (Spanish-English) cookbook offers roughly 200 recipes from local and international residents and establishments of Isla Mujeres – with a few of the best that were resurrected from the first edition (published in 2001).  The collection was created with the flavor and available ingredients of Isla Mujeres in mind – and comes complete with stories to go with many of the recipes, tips on using and purchasing local produce, measuring/heat conversions, and more!
